Pavilions

Located at the rear of the main car park at Baypark are three 1,000 m2 clear span implement sheds. These venues are perfect for long term tenancy, storage or can easily transformed into inventive spaces for events hosting trade shows, product launches, additional venues for festivals and community sport.

Two are currently tenanted long term housing the Bay of Plenty Steamers fitness gym, a cricket training facility and Extreme Paintball, a great onsite team building activity onsite at Baypark. The pavilions are also used regularly by the Mt Militia Roller Derby Club in preparation for their season.

Arrangements can be negotiated with tenants for special events.
